The product itself is good.
The customer service is terrible. It took over 3 weeks for delivery. I forgot I ordered it, I canceled, they didn't acknowledge and sent it another week later!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Adam Marc Jewels.
I purchased a ring for my mother’s 70th birthday. Unfortunately, it did not fit. The ring was never worn—it doesn’t fit any of her fingers. She first attempted to have it resized through two separate jewelers, both of whom advised that the ring could not be expanded.
Given that the ring is brand new and unworn, we contacted Adam Marc Jewels to inquire about an exchange. Rather than working with us to find a reasonable solution, we were passed from person to person and ultimately told “no.” The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful.
I understand that businesses have policies, but I would have expected far more flexibility and customer care for an unworn item purchased as a significant birthday gift. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to help left a very negative impression.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Adam Marc Jewels.
